Permitting

Upon completion of the approved construction documents and review of the consultant drawings, Phillips Architecture takes them to City of Raleigh for review prior to the Express Review for any comments or concerns they may have.  This relationship proves to be beneficial in that we are able to discuss and resolve potential issues with these reviewers prior to bringing the final plans in for permit review.  Both Cary and Raleigh have an express review program that allows the client to receive a permit the following day of the review.
