Design Development

The strength and success of any design phase derives from the work that has preceded it.  With the solid base of a well-planned schematic design, the next step is to further develop the plan to include the required electrical, lighting and data requirements. Again, the design team leader will regularly review the plans during this stage to ensure that all programmatic requirements have been achieved.   Once this plan is completed, a meeting is scheduled to discuss these and any other particular requirements with the engineer.
