Schematic Design

In our preparation of the schematic design, we work to design the space for the highest efficiency in terms of construction cost and overall ease and function for the client. Typically in the schematic design phase, we explore alternatives, and as directed by the client, further develop and explore one agreed upon design concept. The design team leader and designer will regularly review the drawings during this phase to ensure that all programming and code requirements have been addressed and incorporated into the plan.
