Scope: Creation of mezzaine and relocation of existing HVAC duct work to create open office environment.

Description: Tenant wanted to create a modern looking space that utilized the existing natural light within the space. Existing duct work had been installed over the windows and blocked the natural light flow into the space. The duct was moved and incorporated into the new space.
