Experience Profile:	Caren joined Phillips Architecture in June 2010. Caren brings with her 16 years of commercial and mixed-use experience, having worked in both an architectural and development capacity. She has been responsible for managing all phases of work including entitlements and permitting, strategic planning, programming, schematic design, construction documentation through project occupancy. Caren’s expertise includes commercial interiors, building renovations and oversight of the LEED certification process.
