Position:	Senior Sales Executive
Experience Profile:	Michael joined DesignFacilitator in 2010 as a Senior Sales Executive to further business development, marketing, and client retention efforts. He has extensive experience working with organizations to develop, design and implement strategies to unlock the massive potential that feedback can bring them. Most notably, he was worked with many of the largest healthcare organizations in North and South Carolina to help them gather feedback data, implement on-going collection processes, analyze information, and develop evidence-based solutions to improve satisfaction and effect staff engagement. He has consulted with organizations to develop targeted marketing programs and messaging, worked in the creation of effective corporate identity programs, and consulted in the area of asset acquisition and management. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Walsh College as well as a Master’s Degree in Information Management & Communications.
