Experience Profile:	Eric joined Phillips Architecture in July 2006. He possesses a broad managerial, technical and academic background in both the military and industry. Enlisting in the Air Force in 1973, he served as an aircraft electronics Master Technician, Master Instructor and Technical Writer. He earned his commission in 1985, serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer, then as the training manager at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. In 1993, Eric joined the Cooper-Standard Automotive Co. in Goldsboro, NC. As a Senior Process Engineer, his responsibilities involved the development and operation of robotic paint systems, including their operating procedures and work instructions. At Phillips Architecture, Eric creates the help, training and support documentation for the Facilitator software. He also provides project-planning support to the management staff.
