Experience Profile:

Since founding Phillips Architecture in 1989, Mike has coordinated millions of square feet of office tenant design work specializing in Class A office projects. The primary focus of Phillips Architecture is fast–track, budget, and schedule–driven private and public development in addition to General Contractor design–build. Mike is the founder and President of DesignFacilitator.com, the design industry's first interactive online tool for commercial space planning. Mike is also a featured presenter at NeoCon's International Conferences as well as a 50 city nationwide series member of professional seminars for commercial designers. His investments in his community include service as a member of the General Contractors Roundtable for the City of Raleigh Inspections Office and as a member of the NC Building Code Council Review Committee. Mike has also served multiple terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the Montessori School of Raleigh.
